The "Whale Family"

Upper Left:
"Marine Jumbo" All Nippon Airways B747-481JA8963.
The design was made by 12 year old girl whom won the ANA paint scheme contest.
The aircraft was painted in this scheme when it rolled out of Boeing plant. Later on, the aircraft (both B747 and B767) were re-painted into standard ANA color scheme so the whales do not fly anymore.

Upper Right:
"Marine Jumbo Junior" All Nippon Airways B767-381 JA8579.
Because of the popularity of the Marine Jumbo B747, a B767 was also painted with the same scheme so that people living near by and using small airports can see them, too.

Bottom Left:
"Seaworld/Shamu Three" Southwest Airlines B737-5H4 N501SW. Southwest is a sponsor of the theme park "Seaworld", where Shamu the killer whale is star of the show. The "Flap" on the engine (Not the wing !) is cute ! There are two more "Shamu" in identical paint scheme.

Bottom Right:
"Flying Dolphin" Japan Air Self Defense Force JASDF T-4 Trainer 36-5703 of Komatsu air base 306 TFS is painted in the special dolphin scheme for the Airshow.
