Grissm ARB airshow

I visited the Grissm ARB airshow in 1997, and it is the first major Airshow I saw in the U.S.
The base was named after Gus Grissm who was a Mercury project astronaut and later killed in an accident during Apollo project training. (Note the airport code for this base is "GUS"!)
Although the weather was not perfect, I was able to enjoy the F-117 Stealth attack aircraft demo as well as USAF Thunderbirds' performance.

Thunderbird Number 5 - inverted :-) Taxi for take off.
Thunderbirds Trail formation
Because of the cloudy (with showers) weather, Thunderbirds performed a "Low show".
This trail formation pass cannot be seen during the regular "High Show"
